Cha Cha- Began as a variation of the mambo; an energetic dance with a steady beat.

Rumba- Cuban motion is one of the most important elements of this romantic rhythm dance.

Mambo/Salsa- Fusion of Cuban & American dancing allowing freedom of expression & feeling.

Bolero- This sensual dance requiring Cuban motion with rise & fall as in waltz.

East Coast Swing- A carefree American style fast dance for fun & easy social dancing. 

West Coast Swing- A distinctive elastic looking dance allowing partners to improvise steps.

Hustle- A popular night club dance originating from the 1970's fusing swing & disco.

Nightclub 2 Step- Smooth, slow, sexy dance for night club intimacy.

Samba- This national dance of Brazil has a pulsating action giving a lively Latin feel.



Latin Rhythms Workout- High energy class that teaches rhythm technique & patterns as you break a sweat.

Fitness Fusion- A yoga based class incorporating ballet, pilates & kickboxing; yoga mat required.

Blues Dancing- As in the Speak Easy's of the 1900's, is a sensual club dance.

Argentine Tango- A smooth, sharp and intimate dance that relies heavily on improvisation. 

Country 2 Step- Usually danced to country music, progressing counterclockwise around the floor.

"Mr. Smooth" Style Ballroom- A romantic Detroit-style cha cha ballroom dance. 

BellyDance- Involves isolating different parts of the body through expressive movement and flexibility.
